Refund Fare Policy

At Westocab, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient experience for all our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please review the following terms regarding refunds for taxi rental bookings:

1. Cancellation Policy:

     

      • Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

      • Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a 50% refund will be provided.

      • No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.

    2. Changes to Booking:

       

        • Modification Fee: Customers can modify their booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A nominal fee may be applied for changes made within this period, depending on the nature of the change.

        • Refund After Modification: If the cost of the modified booking is lower than the original booking, the difference will be refunded minus any applicable modification fee.

      3. Refund Process:

         

          • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

          • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

        4. Exceptions:

           

            • In case of emergencies, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the customer, a full refund may be provided upon verification.

            • If a driver fails to arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.

          5. Non-Refundable Services:

             

              • Certain services and fees, such as booking fees, taxes, and surcharges, may not be refundable.

              • Promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

            6. Dispute Resolution:

               

                • If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of these terms, please contact our customer service team at [contact information]. We will review each case individually and aim to resolve any disputes within 14 days.
